Golden Health Insurance's UnitedHealthOne products that now offer Optinal Dental Benefits are priced right, especially for those younger than 35. Golden Rule Products do not typically include maternity benefits and the PPO copay may be higher than comprable CareFirst BCBS Plans.

Most Kaiser Permanente plans are very inclusive and benefit rich, maternity coverage is included in most plans. POS plans are only available to groups .
